Where do I go for my session? | Your session, your space

Spiritual direction can take place in the space you are most comfortable. You can be met in person, on line, in a session space, or out in nature.

If in-person is your preferred space, you are welcome to our session space in Cochrane, Alberta on Treaty 7 land.* This is where Still Lake offers one-on-one and small group sessions. You’ll find soft chairs, hot tea (or cool water), and peaceful views. Warning: the birds get a little noisy around here, so you may have a little competition in your session.

If you’re looking for a different sort of listening space, a session out in our nearby hills and valleys may be just the pathway in to Quiet Heart and Quiet Mind. You can be met out on meandering pathways for a session in the heart of nature.

All sessions (one-on-one and small groups) are also available online. You can even participate in mindfulness walks virtually!

If meeting up in person isn’t possible for you (or if you happen to live in other parts of the world like some of our friends), we are always available via Zoom or FaceTime.

We thank you in advance for your patience with our live, online mindfulness walk — it does get a little bumpy at times! But, when Sandra is able to steady her arm, the mountain views can be another invitation into growth, compassion, and nurturing spirit, mind, and body.

Visit our Services page to get a glimpse of some of what is available for you in the coming weeks and months.
